THE MAN IN THE MINIVAN
As a continuing part of the Toyota Sienna Diaries, I was able to check out some of these cool places to stay in a 2014 Sienna Limited minivan. I had hoped to spend a night sleeping in the minivan on my air mattress, not because I had to, but to tell you about all that room back there. The choice was between that and a 1950s airstream, so sorry Toyota, of course I took the latter. Anyway you don’t need to sleep in this vehicle but it’s so roomy you could, and comfortably.
While on the road in a remote part of Nevada the service engine indicator came on. I called the service number and was assured it was routine maintenance and to bring it in when I returned. The message no longer allowed me to see any of the other great info on the display like “miles to empty”, the temperature, etc. The extensive manual quickly and easily guided me through the steps necessary to reset the panel. All good things come to an end, and I’ll be wrapping up my adventures in the minivan soon. Stay tuned for my last installment.
