Arepas are grilled cornmeal cakes and we simply can’t get enough. We’re loving them plain (savory corn), with cheese and sweet (choclo) for a light meal, side or dessert and we’re not alone. This cornmeal seductress is traditionally eaten in Colombia and Venezuela with the exact origin being a rivalry between the two countries.
