PUBLIC OR PRIVATE
With a small private school the attention is more personalized. While I wasn’t so concerned about that, it turned out to be a blessing. The financial aid advisor became my best friend. Being a private school, the price was quite high, and I wasn’t making much money at the time. So I was a good candidate for grants, scholarships and government aid (no loans). I think this is key. Why go back to school for four years to get a Psychology or Literature degree only to go in debt to the tune of $30K or more?
