3. Miso and Corn Soup
What’s great about this recipe is that it is quick and easy to make, and uses almost entirely ingredients you already have hiding in your pantry or freezer. Frozen corn and peas, chicken stock, sugar, lots of herbs and seasoning, oil, flour…you already have that all. The only items you might need to buy are tofu, miso paste, ginger, shallots and fish sauce.
