1. Do Like the French Do
This is one of our favorite mussel recipes. The French pile enough butter on pretty much anything to get it to taste good… at least that’s what we think of when we ponder French food. With mussels, you can set them in a large sauté pan on a hot stove with enough butter to keep them moist and, in less than 15 minutes, you’ve got hot, buttery mussels to serve on top of pasta or next to veggies and crusty loaf of French bread.
