4. Seek Price Match Options
These days many big box stores offer price matching. If you buy something and then see it at a lower price elsewhere, bring the ad to the store where you purchased the item originally and see if you can get the difference refunded. This also works prior to purchase if you’d like to buy it from somewhere (perhaps for a better warranty or to use a store credit card) but have the ad for the item on sale for less somewhere else.
