13. Replace Mouthwash with Peroxide
If your regular mouthwash is only good at masking bad odors, try rinsing with hydrogen peroxide, which will disinfect your mouth and have the added bonus of whitening teeth.
14. Chlorophyll
If your breath is chronically bad and dental hygiene alone isn’t doing the trick, try taking a chlorophyll supplement to brush your breath clean from the inside out. Chlorophyll’s odor neutralizing properties work from the bottom of the digestive tract all the way up.
15. Spice it Up
Don’t stop eating the foods you love. Just combine them with aromatic spices that freshen breath, like cloves, fennel, anise, and coriander. Many of these bad breath remedies have additional digestion-boosting properties.
