This lower calorie version of your mother’s fattening artichoke dip—the cheese, the mayonnaise, the sour cream! —is not thinking, but so delectably good that your family’s joy will make you crash diet tomorrow worth it. Mix artichoke hearts, spinach, pine nuts, lemon zest, and juice, etc. together in a bowl, then pour into a baking dish, top with feta and parmesan, and bake. Serve with pita triangles.
