9. Women are Natural Diplomats
Women have an intrinsic desire to be supportive. By listening, collaborating, and building relationships women bosses are able to reflect upon situations and express their thoughts diplomatically. This fosters mentorship, creating better working relationships, which leads to a stronger company.
