WHAT ARE YOUR SKILLS?
Instead of just applying for jobs similar to what you are doing now, or what you did last, figure out what your skills are. Then brainstorm with a friend or even browse online to find out what kind of jobs or work your skills could be valuable for. If you love networking and being social, you could be a good PR or social media manager, even if your last job was as a teacher. So, think in terms of what you enjoy doing and are good at—these usually go hand in hand anyway.
