8. Teach your Children your Spanish
Not only will your kids be able to speak to relatives who do not speak English, but teaching your kids Spanish will expose them to a huge part of your Latin culture. Plus, being able to communicate in your native language will bring you closer as a family and will provide them with an invaluable skill as they grow up.
9. Teach your Children About their Family Lineage
Many of us don’t know much about our family history beyond our parents and grandparents. Learn about your family tree and then share that history with your kids, explaining where your family comes from in previous generations and how you came to be where you are today.
