• You need 30 minutes of activity a day. Inactivity causes depression. Find something you love to do. If your a Latina blessed with a “dancing gene,” you have no excuse.  You know what I’m talking about, the moment you hear music you can’t help but start moving!

• Eat within 30 minutes of waking up each morning and then every 2-3 hours after that. “But I’m not hungry!” is not a good excuse to skip breakfast, that is the sign of a slow or dead metabolism.
