5. Games aren’t exciting enough?
American baseball and hockey games sometimes have low scores, but the scores in football can reach into the 50s and basketball scores regularly exceed 100. A winning soccer team may only score one goal, and soccer games often end in 0-0 ties. Maybe a soccer game just isn’t exciting enough for most Americans.
