Pre-nups no longer are limited to dictating what should happen to your financial assets should you divorce. They now include things called lifestyle clauses, which establish guidelines regarding who does the housework, how many times your in-laws can visit, and of course, infidelity.
12. Spousal Compensation
It’s hard for every party involved to be pleased with the outcome of a prenup agreement. The lower income spouse might request a certain amount of compensation to ensure he or she can live the life they are used to, should the marriage end in divorce. But rarely is everyone in agreement of what that number should be.
