1. Place tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag; add lemon juice, garlic, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
3. Preheat grill to 400°F.
4. Cook pork for 20 min (5 minutes per side) or until completely cooked through.
5. Allow to rest off the heat for 10 minutes before slicing.
