2. Hotter is Not Better
Try not to expose your hands to super hot water. We know that hot water is kind of a requirement when it comes to disinfecting and eliminating germs, but it can really dry out your skin. Opt for warm water when washing hands and if you need to do some heavy duty scrubbing of pots and pans, wear rubber gloves to provide a shield against the heat.
