8. Do something anonymously for one person each day.
Buy coffee for the person on line behind you. After dining out buy a gift card and give it to the waitress managing a rowdy table. They’ll have a renewed outlook on the kindness of others and you’ll feel good.
9. Homework time.
Spend some time to help a child with their homework. They’ll enjoy the one-on-one time and you might learn something.
10. Put your listening cap on.
There’s a great expression: You have two ears and one mouth so you should listen twice as much as you speak. Be there to just listen to someone when they need it. That can be more valuable than money.
11. Time is valuable.
We all live a hectic 24/7 life, so show how much you care about someone by donating your time when they need it. They’ll see how much you value them and you’ll get some much needed time off the grid.
