A Greenwich village favorite, the Little Owl restaurant has a full menu but most patrons come back for the famous bacon cheeseburger. Starting With a ¾-inch-thick patty of ground brisket and short rib, the chef seasons it liberally with a curry powder spice blend, grills it, tops it with American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion, and serves it on a homemade bun.
