8. Here Comes the Sun, from the album Abbey Road. Written and sung by George Harrison, Here Comes the Sun has been lifting spirits since it was first released. It’s one of the Beatles most recognized songs today, and easy for kids to memorize.
9. Let It Be, from the album Let It Be. This rousing ballad, when sung softly, makes a great bedtime song for drowsy little ones. Let It Be was in many way a swansong for the Beatles, and features background vocals by McCartney’s future wife, Linda.
