Halloween parties require a few key ingredients: sweets, treats, costumes, some token frights, and of course, some truly tasty Halloween drink recipes. After all, this holiday isn’t just for the kids. While the little ones are hoarding their candy and comparing costumes, the adults should be able to have a little festive fun too. If you’re worried that Halloween parties are too immature for your crowd, then listen up. Halloween parties can be fun and tasteful too. According to Elle Decor there’s a rule of thumb: “If you’re too old to go trick-or-treating, you’ve outgrown hosting anything that can be described as ‘spooktacular’.” Fair enough. But does that mean you need to throw all themed decor in the trash? Heck no. While you might want to create a slightly more civilized party environment, when it comes to the food—and most importantly, the cocktails—you can have a LOT of fun with silly decor and perfectly styled seasonal ingredients.
