7. Diagnosis is tough
Because Lupus symptoms can mimic those of other ailments (think a cold, the flu or even over-training in the gym), Lupus can be extremely difficult to diagnose. You should check with your doctor if you have an unexplained rash, ongoing fever, aching or fatigue.
