5. Ligurian Pasta Trenette • Liguria
Liguria is nestled on the northwest coast of Italy. Focaccia may be our favorite Ligurian export. Although pesto is definitely a close second. Trenette is a long, narrow pasta noodle, similar to linguine. Top this dish with grated Pecorino cheese for a scrumptious meal.
