Check the local paper for listings, dress up the kids and plan to enjoy the festivities. If you’re in the NYC area, you can’t miss the legendary Village Halloween Parade. Whoopi Goldberg is this year’s Grand Marshall and the theme is Garden of Earthly Delights.
