Change Up Your Daily Schedule to Break Bad Habits
If all else fails, try to change up your routine completely. Sometimes we just get stuck in a rut and it’s really hard to break bad habits when you rely on them to get through your day. Wake up earlier, work out in the morning, have breakfast at your desk, run errands during your lunch break, only answer emails once you leave your house…you get the idea.
