8. E-Cigarettes
If the deep breathing and meditative state achieved during the smoking process is what you miss most, go for e-cigarettes or those that use water vapor to simulate the smoking experience for you. You may never miss it again.
7. Exercise
Exercise is a great stress reliever and endorphin booster, both of which are great for smokers who are trying to quit. It’s also pretty hard to exercise hard when your lungs aren’t working right, so the more committed you become to your time at the gym, the more likely you are to not want to pick up a pack before or after.
