Who knew there were so many cool math games that make the best gifts for young mathematicians? As a parent and home-school teacher, I have the difficult challenge of keeping math interesting and exciting for my kids, so discovering games like these makes my job so much easier.
Last year, my first grader was really starting to struggle with math. Then one day, I heard the dreaded words “I hate math!” fall from her lips. After careful reevaluation, I realized our math curriculum was not cutting it.
