For many, sex education was something learned from whispered conversations, the Playboy stolen from Dad’s dresser or a very generic description in Health class. No wonder we were eager to learn for ourselves. As parents, the memory of teen dating and those hasty back seat gropings or the sexual exploits on narrow dorm beds bring on a cold sweat as we wonder what our kids are really up to on their dates. Don’t be fooled into believing your child is different. It’s time to get with it: kids are more sexually active than their parents think.
