Cheese curds are semi-soft pieces of cheese—not as firm as cheddar, more solid than cream cheese and with a fresh dairy taste. They’ve got tractor pulls, chainsaw art, and if you’ve ever wanted to be a competitive eater, there’s a cheese curd-eating contest replete with cash prizes. Not for the lactose intolerant.
