2. Teach Him to Listen
Do this by being present when he’s communicating with you and validating his feelings. Allow him to express them, and show him that you’re always there to hear him out. With your guidance he will learn to do the same for others.
3. Teach Him to Open Doors
Let him know that he really wants to be a stellar gentleman, he can even open the car door for ladies. Teach him to hold the door so women can enter first. If you are raising a son in today’s uber-feminist world, it’s especially crucial to teach them the (lost) art and value of being chivalrous.
