To maintain heart health and reduce your risk of many diseases, from diabetes to depression, you should aim to do at least a half hour of moderate-intensity physical activity every day.
4. High Blood Pressure
Among Latinos who experienced a stroke, 72% had high blood pressure. For non-Latino whites, the number is 66%. This means that high blood pressure is a real risk factor for many of us. You can lower your blood pressure by establishing or maintaining a healthy weight, limiting salt and eating a varied diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables.
