Raise your hand if you need to figure out how to stop procrastinating. As we kick off the New Year we all start with good intentions of creating changes in our lives, getting things done, setting (and accomplishing) goals, and making some self-improvements. And somehow, as time goes on, those good intentions never seem to become a reality. Perhaps there are obstacles in your way, or perhaps procrastination is the biggest obstacle of all. And there are a lot of downsides to procrastinating, even beyond the obvious fact that you won’t meet your goals.
