9. Be Nice and Compliment
In order to flirt like a pro you must say to yourself, “I like them! I want to make them feel good.” And compliment accordingly. This will clue them into what your intentions are, and that they should continue talking to you. If you are looking at your phone and not projecting warmth or not even looking at them in the eye, it doesn’t count.
