To say he was a genius is to under-describe Einstein. You need a PhD in quantum physics to understand a lot of what he wrote. To put it in lay terms, Einstein’s theory of relativity was a new way of thinking about the properties of the universe. Einstein spent the rest of his life trying to formulate one theory that explained all functions of the universe. If you can understand the functions of the universe, you may just be a sexy scientist.
