2. Palm Sunday is the last Sunday of Lent and the beginning of Holy Week leading up to Easter Sunday. Although Palm Sunday doesn’t have the same significance, it’s part of the Jewish tradition as well and falls on the last Sunday before Passover. Since some Christian faiths don’t tie Passover and Easter together, Palm Sunday can fall on different dates for each religion.
