3. World’s Largest Longhorn
Texas is full of cattle ranches so naturally it’s also home to the World’s Largest Longhorn. He’s a fiberglass mascot for the football team of the same name at the University of Texas in Austin. It must be a popular site, as they’ve added stairs and a little porch area next to the statue. He sits appropriately (or not) in the middle of a food court at the school, and yes vegan meals are available.
