High and Low Parts of Your Day
“High/low” is a game that has been a part of our family table time since we were little. The rules are simple: everyone goes around the table and shares the highest and lowest point in their whole day. If can be something as simple as “high: I got a good grade on my math test; low: I got into a fight with my friend” or something like “high: I got a hug from my family; low: I made a mistake at work”…there are no wrong answers. This is a great way to connect after a long day apart, to update your family members on how you all spent your time during the day, and talk about how your highs and lows made you feel.
