When it comes to cheap DIY Halloween costumes, this one is a no-brainer.You can do the adult or little girl version. You can find yourself a light blue maxi dress pretty much anywhere right now on the clearance rack, bonus points if it’s strapless. Add a little glitter (because what fun is Halloween if you’re not covered in either glitter or fake blood, right?). Create your cape with inexpensive sheer, white fabric. Now, if you’re already blonde with medium to long locks, you got this no problem. If not, you can find a blonde wig at a local costume shop. Going for the Elsa specific one will cost you big bucks so don’t be picky. Finish with Elsa-inspired, purple eyeshadow.
