5. It’s Okay to be a Little Cynical
Big city kids often grow up with a little bit of a chip on their shoulders. But it’s an important life lesson: you can’t trust everyone no matter how nice and innocent them may seem. If a stranger approaches you just walk away and let another adult help them out. Maybe they really did just need directions, but maybe not, and it’s not worth the risk.
