Twitter caught on fast and hard and for several good reasons. We love the short and sweet updates in 140 characters or less and we love that businesses are there, ready to communicate with their consumers (us!) at a moment’s notice. It’s taking customer service to a new level while giving us the opportunity to interact with people we may never have met otherwise!
