4. Vine
Twitter’s video sharing app is evolving to keep up with the competition. Vine recently added Vine Messages, the app’s first foray into private messaging, likely a competitive move to keep up with Facebook and Snapchat. Vine also offers video production features, such as stop motion and grid lines; and you can also send video messages to people who are not on Vine.
