A Latino birthday party is just as much for the adults as for the kids, and it’s perfectly normal for an invited guest to bring along their aunt, grandpa, cousin, random neighbor, etc. Everyone will be welcomed to the party, and it doesn’t matter if you know the child because the adults will be hanging out, drinking beers and dancing together, separate from the kids anyway.
