7. Rising Anti-Muslim Sentiment
A recent article on Vox noted that Donald Trump has replaced much of his racist anti-Latino remarks with racist anti-Muslim comments and other candidates are following suit. Latinos should remember that the pendulum can swing back just as fast and the very idea of banning an entire religion from the U.S. is beyond anti-American.
