You have to agree that it’s nice to receive little somethings ‘just because.’ Whether you’re the giver or receiver, spontaneous gifts just feel good! They can serve to brighten someone’s day, show appreciation or remind a person that you’re thinking of them. Receiving a gift is awesome, of course, but research is showing that it makes the giver feel good too and it may even be good for your health.
