When preparing wholesome, delicious foods for our families, we sometimes forget that the juicy, nutritious fruits we love are actually part of our Latino heritage. Traditional Hispanic cuisine includes an incredible variety of fruits that we commonly consume and that are widely available in our supermarkets. And now, thanks to Beech-Nut and Goya, many of these fruits—including mango and guava—are available pureed as baby food for our little ones.
