3. Paxil (Paroxetine)
Paxil is an SSRI used to treat a variety of disorders, such as: anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorder, and PTSD. It is also sometimes used to treat moderate to severe hot flashes caused by menopause. Antidepressant side effects of Paxil include blurred vision, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation or upset stomach, headache, loss of appetite, weight loss, sexual problems, and sleepiness.
