Diorama Sugar Eggs
This craft reminds me of the sugar skulls usually made in the fall for Día de los Muertos. TheKitchn shows how fun it would be to make these diorama eggs! Half the fun would be deciding what pictures to place inside the egg. This does require more work and attention to detail, so I would say that this craft is best suited for kids ages 12 and up, though I know a few precocious 10-year-olds who would probably do okay with it.
