That said, when I was a kid, we’d buy fireworks in South Carolina, where they were legal, and bring them home to Florida to set off on the Fourth of July. This was illegal too, yet my dad let me light the fuse on many an illegal firework. I don’t think that as a result, I have any less respect for the rule of law. Hmm…
Or maybe it’s legal: But let’s say I live in Colorado or Washington state, where I can now walk legally into a store and purchase pot to consume for recreational purposes.
