According to Dictionary.com, the definition of artisanal is “pertaining to or noting a high-quality or distinctive product made in small quantities, usually by hand or using traditional methods.” And after reviewing a lot of explanations of this term, some buzzwords are jumping out at us: high-quality, specialized, craft and art, to name a few. Clearly in order for a product to be called artisanal it should be created with love by a specialized expert, who thinks of the craft as an art form more than a job.
