7. Holocaust Memorial
There has been some controversy around the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe since it opened in 2005 as many argue that it’s abstract and inadequate. The goal of the site is to teach visitors about the Holocaust. It includes video interviews with survivors as well as other artistic elements.
8. Picnic in Tiergarten Park
Berlin’s largest park is Tiergarten Park and we’re thinking it looks perfect for a picnic lunch! This is Berlin tourism at its best.
