5. It’s Dehumanizing
It’s easy to get so caught up in the drama and attention when a crowd gathers to hear all of the lurid details, that you forget you’re talking about a real person’s real life.

Saying nasty, hurtful things behind people’s backs is a low blow and it’s just plain petty. Why not focus on peoples’ strengths and building them up?
